Work with Liza!
We're looking for a creative, fashion-obsessed, go-getter to join the Liza Lieberman Creative team. If you're someone who loves fashion, lives on Instagram, has a great eye behind a camera, and thrives when no two days look the same — we want to hear from you.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a personal and celebrity stylist with 130K+ followers, a private studio on Madison Avenue, and a growing brand. You'll wear many hats, grow fast, and be a real part of building something special.
Creative Operations Manager
Full-time · 4-Day Work Week (Monday–Thursday)
NYC / Long Island hybrid · 30% in-person
Salary · $60,000
We believe in working hard and living well. Fridays are yours.
What You'll Do
CONTENT CREATION & SOCIAL MEDIA
Come up with content ideas, get behind the camera (iPhone-first), direct and shoot day-to-day content, and push to capture more. Edit photos and video to a high creative standard, manage the content calendar, and keep ShopMy updated and connected to Instagram. Dig into analytics and turn data into action.
TREND RESEARCH & BRAND DISCOVERY
Stay constantly plugged in — always on the lookout for emerging and established brands across a wide range of price points. Bring fresh discoveries to the table proactively, whether for clients, content, or partnerships.
BRAND OUTREACH & PARTNERSHIPS
Write and send pitches to brands, aim high, and follow up consistently. Build and maintain relationships that grow the business.
ADMIN, OPERATIONS & ACCOUNTING
Handle day-to-day tasks across business, personal, and styling — inbox management, scheduling, and client communications. Manage invoicing and bookkeeping in QuickBooks. Maintain and update the website on Squarespace.
STYLING SUPPORT & ORGANIZATION
Support client sessions, pulls, and projects as needed. Unbox, log, and organize incoming PR packages and the personal closet. No task is too small — if it helps the business, it's on the table.
CLOTHING LINE — RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
As the brand grows, so does our vision. We are in the early stages of developing a clothing line and this person will play a role in the research and development process — from market research and competitive analysis to trend sourcing and concept development. If you've ever dreamed of being part of building something from the ground up, this is your chance.
Who You Are
Genuinely obsessed with fashion and deeply plugged into trends and culture
A natural behind the camera — you have a great eye, love photography, and know how to get a beautiful shot on an iPhone
A creative self-starter who comes with ideas and isn't afraid to push to make them happen
A strong video editor — your work looks polished, creative, and platform-native
Highly organized and proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do next
Always thinking ahead — constantly looking for ways to improve and grow the business
Confident when it comes to outreach — you aim high and follow through
Comfortable with data — you use Instagram insights and ShopMy analytics strategically
A true multitasker who thrives in a fast-moving, unpredictable environment
Detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping things organized — from an inbox to a closet
Excited by the idea of being part of a brand that is actively expanding and evolving
Someone who wants to grow with a brand, not just pass through it
What We're Looking For
Internship or work experience in social media, content creation, or a data-driven role
A background or genuine passion in photography — iPhone expertise is a must, DSLR a bonus
Strong video editing skills — Reels, TikTok-style content, behind-the-scenes, styled shoots
Familiarity with ShopMy, Instagram analytics, and content scheduling tools
Experience with Squarespace — comfortable making updates and improvements independently
Experience with QuickBooks or similar for invoicing and bookkeeping
Excellent written communication and a genuine passion for fashion and styling
An interest in product development and brand building is a big plus
Schedule & Location
This is a 4-day work week role, Monday through Thursday. Expect approximately 30% in-person — typically 1–2 days on Long Island and 1–2 days in NYC per week, with some fully remote weeks. In-person days are focused on hands-on tasks like unboxing and organizing PR packages, administrative support, client session setup and returns, and content shoots — whether that means assisting with a photographer on set or getting behind the camera yourself.
